Woman excludes self-proclaimed ‘total klepto’ from a group hangout at her house after alleged thief brags about her sticky fingers

You can never be too careful about who you invite into your home. You never know what kind of behavior you're inviting into your sacred space filled with expensive items that you spent your hard-earned paychecks on. The last thing you want to do is not take someone's word for it when they tell you they have an irrational urge to steal.

This story is definitely towing the bizarre side… Who would willingly admit they have an irrational stealing problem and allow that to be their first impression? Yeah, the alleged "total klepto" in this story went around a woman's social club and used that as her opening line. The user who posted this story was taken aback when she realized this person was being serious and continued to tell others that she had a problem with theft. So, when the user decides to host a few friends in her home, the "total klepto" did not receive an invitation, rightfully so. You can never be too careful these days.

  • The user who posted this story might've been too quick to judge if this “total klepto" nonsense was mentioned only once before. But several times? She's given everyone a reason to worry about her potential immoral behavior.

    Also—it's the user's house. She isn't required to invite everyone in the entire social group if she doesn't want to. Andrea made her bed to lie in for the sake of seeming “cool” (though I'm not sure how that would make her seem as such) and she's reaping what she sowed. As for the other group members—I'm not sure where their logic went.
